In 2016, Niall build a large concrete base with a pit in the middle of it for me, a large shed, already fabricated was constructed on the base. It was not a easy request to have my requirements met or indeed to satisfy the shed constructor’s needs. The base was inch perfect and a tribute to Niall and his professional team. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the work of Niall Doran and also, he delivers without fuss and on time. I hope at some stage another project will allow me to use the good services of Niall again.
Niall is great to work with. He really gives you the benefit of his many years of experience when discussing and planning the work to be carried out. He not only considers how the aesthetics of the finished work, he also puts great thought into the longer-term practicalities and durability of the finished product. His work is completed to the highest standard and most importantly he is very respectful to the rest of the garden and when finished, everything is back to its original standing. When I needed my garden renovated in 2007, I contacted Niall. He called in to me, discussed the options, listened to my ideas & directed me to local suppliers for paving & kerbstone.
He arrived, with his father-in-law, on the day arranged and completed it promptly & efficiently. He also suggested adding extra drainage that I hadn’t thought about but was badly needed. The photos below show the high quality work he completed.
In 2020, he put in a concrete base for my new ADMAN shed & replaced the rotting fencing with more durable concrete posts with hit-&-miss panels. He had a couple of lads working with him, who completed the job efficiently & to a very high standard.
He also did a beautiful job installing a granite step at the front door.
This year, I need to replace the fencing on the opposite side of the garden & I will be getting Niall to do it.
I cannot recommend Niall & his team highly enough to do an excellent job in a timely fashion, leaving everything as he found it.

We would highly recommend Niall Doran Paving Ltd. Niall has done a number of jobs for us over the years. We first got Niall to put in a concrete base for our shed and a pavement to the front of house. This job was completed on schedule and we were delighted with it. Subsequently, we asked Niall and his team to revamp our driveway. They lay over 170 metres of kerbs, built two piers at our entrance and put down a lovely stone to finish the drive. We are delighted with our new driveway. Niall‘s quotes were highly competitive, and he and his team were extremely professional. We would have no hesitation in recommending Niall Doran Paving.

Niall designed a patio for us and it is BEAUTIFUL. In addition to visual appearance the patio
also improved the usability of the space. After completion of the patio, leftover slabs were
put to excellent use creating a walkway down to the mobile which is now bordered by
plants. Another added feature to our summer hideaway. Niall was so easy to work with
and offered us great advice. Niall’s reliability was second to none – he never once let us
down. We only wish there were more jobs for him to do! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
